It will clean up nicely, or handle ridiculous amounts of gain - ultimately leaving the choice up to you. The gold plating on the hardware still looks great after 20+ years of existing, and the Korina wood looks stunning in person. Regardless of the V-shape, this guitar is suited for all types of players and use cases.
