Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repackage your items in their original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure full credit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
