This 2019 Fender Elite Stratocaster features an Alder Body in Sky Blue Metallic finish. The finish has a strong blue boarder that fades into an almost light silver dead center. Fender offered a compound neck profile during this model year that starts as a modern "C" shape at the 1st fret but begins to change into a "D" shape around the 7th fret helping fill out the players palm while crawling down the fingerboard. The fingerboard radius starts as a 9.5" in the first position but gradually becomes flatter the farther you can down the neck. A 9.5" radius is adored by many players because of the ease and comfort of playing bar chords while a flatter fingerboard radius is popular for players who tend to use Vibrato with 1-1/2 step bends.
