The Oracle crash is an extremely versatile cymbal designed for world renowned jazz drummer Ralph Peterson. For such a thin dark cymbal, it has the fair amount of brightness and explosiveness that quickly gets out of the way due to the lathing technique. It can be used in most musical situations, but would really shine in the studio and at lower volume gigs.
