Deering does it again with another amazing sounding banjo. The Vega Old Tyme Wonder features a larger, grand 12" rim which is paired a fyrberskin head. This combinations has a much better bass response which makes this banjo stand out from the crowd. The neck is stained maple and has an adjustable truss rod. The ebony fretboard is built with a traditional "scoop″ which allows more room for the fingers and thumb of the right hand to pluck the strings over the fingerboard. The neck has beautiful inlays and features a star over the 5th fret.

This banjo is in excellent condition with one small blemish near the 7th fret on the neck.
