This limited edition Fender Custom Shop '58 Stratocaster is assembled with an alder body and 3A Flame Roasted Maple neck in a '54 Strat Soft "V" profile. This limited release features a truly unique combination of finishes. A Fender Custom Shop Journeyman finish treatment adorns this Stratocaster's body while a Heavy Relic treatment finishes the back of the guitar's neck. Together, these specifications make the Stratocaster captivating visually. Twenty-one frets line this Custom Shop's fingerboard. This Stratocaster is outfitted with three hand-wound single-coil pickups. Two Tomatillo pickups are fitted in the neck and middle positions, the middle being wound in reverse, while a Poblano Strat pickup is placed in the bridge position. This unique configuration of single-coil sounds is a standout feature of this Custom Shop.
