Fish Circuits Echo Limiteur Hybrid Analog/Digital Delay Effect Pedal
You'd think with a name like the Fish Circuits Echo Limiteur delay that your hybrid analog/digital delay experience might have limits. Not so. The Fish Circuits Echo Limiteur is a truly outside-the-box analog delay effect that really covers so many delayed bases while introducing all-new effect mixes to the table. A powerful analog and digital design summons massive, resonating, echoing soundscapes just raring to cause a stir and make some noise. Can you blame it?
The Echo Limiteur is not your average analog delay pedal. Truly. The effect centers itself around a hybrid analog and digital design that delivers all the authentic, dark, warm, degrading analog delay character with an enormously expanded control scheme. An MN3005 analog delay chip fires this whole experience up for an authentic analog delay tone that has been specifically tooled to stretch as far as possible. The chip has also been worked to retain more fidelity as it rings out, but of course not too much that it loses out on that all-important analog delay self-oscillating disintegration factor that makes it so delectable.
Onboard, the Echo Limiteur's limiter function is something of the showstopper of the whole effect. The limiter function is designed to dynamically reduce delay feedback in relation to the Limit control. This function allows the Echo Limiteur to have infinitely-repeating delay trails that don't overwhelm your signal (but absolutely could, if that's your cup of tea). With the limiter function, the Echo Limiteur can trail off into near infinity, refresh with every picked note, or produce two different feedback volumes. This creates an endlessly captivating and endlessly playable analog delay sure to inspire.
The Echo Limiteur features a deep control interface with settings for delay repeat ranges, delay feedback lengths, effect blends, and repeat levels that can be swapped back and forth with its second onboard footswitch. Standard nine-volt center negative power supplies bring the Echo Limiteur to life and let it run wild.
A keen balance of up-close control and devil-may-care chaos, the Echo Limiteur's only limits are those of your imagination.
- Hybrid MN3005 analog delay chip and digital delay design
- Unique feedback limiter function with dry or wet triggering function
- Delay effect mix, repeat, and time controls
- Standard nine-volt DC center negative power requirements
- Made in Montreal, Quebec, Canada
