The Gibson Billie Joe Armstrong Les Paul Junior is the signature guitar from Green Day's front man Billie Joe Armstrong. The guitar was modeled closely to his own 1957 Les Paul Junior. This model is finished in Ebony and was in production from 2006-2012. This example is a 2009, still featuring the rosewood fingerboard instead of granadillo on the 2012 models. This earlier model also features the Kluson Deluxe "on plate" vintage white button tuners. Electronics in the guitar are loaded with an H-90, a P90 sized humbucker to eliminate the hum.

This BJA Junior is in good shape for its age. At some point in its life, a "Class of 13" sticker was placed on the top of the body. This was something Billie Joe was doing to his own guitars during the 21st Century Breakdown era. There are scratches present on the body and headstock, a small finish chip by bottom strap button. There is light fret wear on the guitar from the 1st to 7th frets. The guitar plays great and is fully functional.
