Using Alnico 2 magnets, nickel-plated pole pieces, and nickel slugs, the pickup’s construction follows original specifications. Balanced coils ensure a creamy, smooth tone while eliminating hum, and maple spacers are included for tonal clarity. To prevent unwanted feedback and distortion, the pickup is wax-potted, sealing any internal air spaces.
