This is an Ibanez AD99 Analog Delay. These were made in the late '90s during the growing reinterest in analog delays. It is very similar to the companies popular AD9 delay, providing up to 300ms of delay time.

This unit is in good condition, it has some mild enclosure wear but all pots and switches function as they should.
