This exciting and fresh entry to the Kramer line continues in the name's years of designing shred-ready guitars primed for performance. A set of player-forward features drives this guitar forward for an instrument that is a new take but unmistakably Kramer.

The Volante HSGT continues in Kramer's long tradition of making guitars for headbangers, shredders, soloists, and virtuosos. This Volante HSGT starts with a contoured double-cutaway body designed for speed and mobility. Kramer picked alder for this particular body, making for a resonant profile and sleek feel from square one. Fitted for a modern era, this body works as an excellent base off which the rest of this Kramer experience can launch. This solid base matches with a three-piece laminated maple neck. Thermally aged and taking an Elliptical C profile for comfort and speed, this neck offers great transfer of motion with a sculpted, five-bolt, neck-to-body joint.

In addition to the Volante's speedy neck, a maple fingerboard appears with twenty-four Jumbo frets and a compound radius. These two features enable incredible fast fretting across the entire scale length. The board's compound radius measurement enables easy soloing as its flattens from the nut to the body while its Jumbo-sized frets leave plenty of space to land expressive riffs. Quick travel across all frets is the name of the game for the Volante, no question.

Sonically, the Volante HSGT drops in with two American-made pickups. These Kramer USA pickups include a Kramer USA Triton Noiseless single-coil pickup and a Kramer USA Neptune humbucker. With a three-way pickup selector switch, these pickups roll through a vast spectrum of sounds. A push/pull switch for series/parallel switching on the bridge also expands the tonal capabilities of this guitar even further.

The hardware setup of this Volante is also a masterwork. Onboard, a Kramer two-point tremolo bridge lands with a Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut for welcoming expressive vibrato bends in playing. Kramer Locking die cast tuning machines also appear with this setup for ensuring steady intonation and easy stringing experiences. This Kramer is a thoroughly sturdy piece of equipment ready for whatever you throw at it. This marvel also travels with an included premium gig bag for moving from show to show.
