The 000C12-16E is part of the Martin 16 series of guitars, noted for their gloss top and satin finish back and sides pairings - as well as solid wood construction; no laminate woods used here.Ā It begins with a gloss finished spruce top, enforced by Martin's Unique/A Frame X-bracing system. With a mahogany back and sides pairing, the 000C12-16E delivers staple acoustic tone.
This guitar is also noted for its longer 26.44" scale length and 1.875" nut width.
