This PRS S2 Vela Semi-Hollow is outfitted with a unique and dynamic PRS pickup configuration. Loaded to the pickguard and with many musical trails to trek, a PRS DS-01 pickup in the treble position produces a bright and punchy tone. This first sonic engine is matched with a PRS Narrowfield pickup in the bass position to further widen the palette of sounds available. A coil-tap tone control allows players to split the treble pickup to incorporate authentic single-coil tonality and get even more sonic mileage.
