Reverend Decision Bass Guitar, Rosewood Fingerboard, Mulberry Pearl Burst
Balancing classic design specs and new Reverend appointments, the Reverend Decision Bass is a decidedly killer bass guitar for any type of player. With the Decision Bass, Reverend's crack team brings together a bass that juggles high-end punch and low-end thump for something all its own.
The Decision Bass begins with a classic Reverend specification, a korina body in a double-cutaway offset shape. Designed to be easily carried and held close, this korina body doubles as an seamlessly maneuverable physical base and resonant sonic springboard off which the rest of the musical experience can fly. From here, this bass includes a five-piece roasted maple/walnut neck shaped in a Medium Oval profile. The neck features a bolt-on design and extends out to a thirty-four-inch scale length. A rosewood fingerboard lays out with twenty-one frets.
Sonically, the Decision Bass comes to life with two proprietary Reverend pickups. A Reverend P-Blade split-coil single coil pickup and a Jazz Bomb single-coil pickup combination drops in to deliver on classic bass punch and thump, whether utilizing the low-end response of the P-Blade or the mid-range kick of the Jazz Bomb. Onboard, a master volume and master tone control align with a dedicated pickup pan control that allows for interesting mixing between the two pickups. At the base of the scale, a bridge doubles with a string-thru-body or top-loading design, enabling players to utilize either stringing method.
Reverend's Decision Bass is a solid pick to land on when on the hunt for your next go-to bass. It's your decision, after all.
