Winter NAMM 2018 Taylor Guitars Custom Event Exclusive! This is the show special from the Taylor Guitars display at the NAMM show in Anaheim. This Grand Auditorium sports the elusive sinker redwood top which was removed from the BTO list over a year ago. The African ebony back and sides are highlighted by the beautiful streak of book-matched sapwood down the center. Bloodwood is used to offset the deeper, darker colors on the binding and the fingerboard inlay. The fingerboard and bridge are matched from pinstripe ebony with it’s deep chocolate & peanut butter striations. Topping it all off, the peghead is adorned with a “Dove on Branch” Inlay cut from Mother of Pearl and Koa. This guitar is a custom one-off instrument built exclusively for the 2018 Winter NAMM show.
