This Fender American Deluxe Dimension V HH Bass was marketed as a high performance, fast playing option in the Fender line when they were released. The asymmetrical "C" neck profile allows for a sturdy grip on the lower strings and a slimmer and faster shape on the higher strings along with a contour neck heel. It is finished in a gloss polyester coating allow it to show off the grain in its ash body. The 18 volt 3 band EQ preamp and Fender HiMass bridge are geared to rival similar basses out on the market. 5-way pickup selector configuration: Position 1 - Bridge Pickup, Position 2 - Inner Coils of Bridge and Middle Pickup, Position 3 - Full Middle and Bridge, Position 4 - Outer Coils of Bridge and Middle Pickup, Position 5 - Middle Pickup.

This bass is in good condition, showing wear all along its fretboard. There are a few small nicks in the wood on top of the headstock along with some chips in the gloss finish on the lower bout of the bass.
